It's 100% FREE, as long as it's a small paragraph, or a couple of names ..., please note that it's up to the volunteer to translate your request or not, no guarantees that a translation will be made.
If you're looking for automatic translation, then this page might help you, remember that it's a machine which is making the translation, so it's not as accurate as a human translator, but at least it gives you an idea.
